    We collect only what we need to run programs and the community:

    • Account details you give us, such as your name, email address, college or company, and profile links.
    • Program data such as registrations, team membership and project submissions.
    • Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
    • Basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, used to keep the platform secure and reliable.

  2. 02How we use your information

    We use your information to:

    • Register you for programs and communicate schedules, results and announcements.
    • Share your registration and submission with the organisers, judges and sponsors of the specific program you join.
    • Respond to your queries and partnership requests.
    • Improve the platform and prevent abuse, fraud and spam.

  3. 03Sharing

    We never sell your personal data. When a program is run with a partner, the partner receives the registration and submission data for that program only, and is bound to use it for that program, including hiring challenges where you explicitly opt in.

    We use trusted service providers (for example hosting and email delivery) that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

    We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

    We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with industry-standard security measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
