From a WhatsApp group to 150K+ builders

Geek Room started in 2023 with one goal: bring together everyone in tech who thinks alike. Manas, Arnav and Pratham started it as a WhatsApp group for students at MSIT.

Milestones

• Feb 2024: Code Kshetra 1 at JIMS, and the first campus chapter
• May 2024: Code Cubicle 1, our first solo hackathon, while crossing 30,000 members
• Sept 2024: our first exclusive hackathon, with Mastercard
• Nov 2024: our first hiring hackathon, with InvoLead, and the launch of Geek Suite
• Mar 2025: our first global hackathon, with Pears Technology
• Oct 2026: Code Cubicle 6.0 closes at 3,700+ builders and 1,631 teams
